These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of services offered by the rebirth doula, operated by Pamela Hartleigh ("we", "us", "our"). By booking and paying for a service, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

the rebirth doula offers the following services:

Tarot and Oracle Readings (Online via Zoom)

  • The Spark Reading — 20 minutes — $45

  • The Ember Reading — 40 minutes — $80

  • The Flame Reading — 60 minutes — $110

Tarot and Oracle Readings (In Person)

  • The Rebirth Reading — 120 minutes — $250

Energy Healing (In Person)

  • The Restoration Session — Reiki, 60 minutes — $140

All online sessions are conducted via Zoom. In-person sessions are conducted at our designated location, details of which will be provided upon booking confirmation.

All sessions include a private recording and a written transcript and summary, delivered to the client after the session.

Bookings

All bookings are made through our online booking system (Acuity Scheduling) at therebirthdoula.com.au. A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

By booking a session, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payment via the methods available through our booking system. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

What to Expect

Tarot, Oracle and Reiki sessions offered by the rebirth doula are provided for the purposes of spiritual guidance, energetic support and personal reflection. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

The rebirth doula does not claim to predict the future with certainty. Readings reflect present energies and are offered as guidance only. The outcome of any guidance given is subject to your own free will and the choices you make.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept this understanding.

Client Responsibilities

To get the most from your session, we ask that you:

  • Arrive on time and in a quiet, private space (for online sessions)

  • Be open to the process

  • Notify us as soon as possible if your circumstances change prior to your session

Intellectual Property

All content delivered during sessions — including written transcripts, summaries and recordings — is provided for your personal use only. It may not be shared publicly, reproduced or distributed without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, the rebirth doula's liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the cost of that service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of our services.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Wisdom Well & The Listening Sanctuary

The articles, reflections and guided meditations published on therebirthdoula.com.au represent the personal opinions, beliefs, lived experience and creative expression of Pamela, founder of the rebirth doula. They are not peer-reviewed, academically validated or intended as professional medical, psychological, therapeutic or legal advice.

Content in The Wisdom Well and The Listening Sanctuary is offered for the purposes of personal reflection, spiritual exploration and general wellbeing support only. It does not constitute a therapeutic relationship between the reader or listener and the rebirth doula.

You are encouraged to engage with all content using your own intuition and discernment, and to seek appropriate professional support for any medical, psychological or legal concerns.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The current version will always be available at therebirthdoula.com.au. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
