I too, know this uncomfortable feeling of change. The upheaval. The confusion. The pain. The quiet, persistent sense that something has to change — even when you don't yet know what, or how.

I created The rebirth Doula for people in that place. Because I have been there. And because I found my way through — not by having all the answers, but by learning to lean in and listen. To Spirit. To myself.

I am a Reiki practitioner and a Tarot and Oracle reader. Before this work, I spent many years in human services, walking alongside people in some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. That experience shaped how I hold space — with steadiness, without judgement, and with deep respect for the courage it takes to re align your life with renewed meaning and purpose.

My path is a spiritual one. I hold respect for every faith tradition and every person who arrives here, regardless of their beliefs. You don't need to share mine. You only need to be open — to the possibility that you are not alone, and that something within you already knows the way forward.

I believe that prayer is talking to the Divine, meditation is listening to the Divine, and Tarot is a conversation with the Divine. My sessions are not about predicting your future. They are about helping you hear and see what you already intuitively know.

People come to me at crossroads. After loss. After endings. When they are ready to begin again but don't yet know how. They leave feeling seen and with fire renewed in their soul.
